Our Story
Moon Explorers was originally called Frosty Roses. On the 31st May 2018 ownership of the club was passed on from Lisa Silentland to Allison Cloudmore, and with that the name of the club was also changed. From then on the club ran under Alli's leadership with the same members and system as Frosty Roses until the 10th April 2019. In April Alli disbanded Moon Explorers for a few reasons, the main one being she didn't have enough time to run the club anymore.
Here is the journey of Moon Explorers and Frosty Roses in the words of the previous owners Ava Northstar and Lisa Silentland who owned Frosty Roses, and Allison Cloudmore who owned Moon Explorers.
Frosty Roses was created on 2nd of March, 2015 by Ava Northstar, and two others. The even flow of new members surprised me, even more when we were full in such a short time. The beginning of the club was an interesting time for me, as it was the first club I had ever owned. The loyalty and the active members have been part of Frosty Roses since the beginning and the inner family has always stayed really close to each other.
There has been bumps along the road of Frosties, most of them unfortunate and certainly not planned. I, Ava Northstar, was one of the victims of the hacking in Cupcake Valley and I lost the club members alongside with other precious things, and the club was disbanded for the time being for the safety of everyone in the club. After that, there’s been some times when the club has been disbanded after some hacking scares but for now, we’re good and stronger than ever. We’ve also popped onto the WE1 (Spring Star) Server for a month, which wasn’t the best of my ideas, if I’m honest. During the past year of Frosty Roses, the ownership has mostly been mine, Ava Northstar’s, but we’ve also had periods of times under Kate Mysteryfield’s & Sophia Riverbridge’s leadership due to my stress and longer breaks from SSO (personal issues and busy weeks in university). We’ve also been a smaller club on EN2 (Unicorn Forest) Server for a little while.
Frosty Roses has always been an active and family-orientated club with my number one goal being a close, respectful family where everyone matters and is equal to one another. Our home is on Cupcake Valley (has been since the beginning) and we plan to stay there in the future. These are the thoughts I hold close to my heart as we head to the future and the story of Frosty Roses continues.

On the 30th November 2016, V decided it was time to pass the club onto the co owner - Li Silentland. FR had a rough start under new leadership because change isn't easy and many people missed V. On the 14th January 2017, some of the members decided to make a brand new club which divided FR, literally to the number, in half. 25 in the new club and 25 in the old club. But still, the 25 who remained stuck together as a family. Over the next couple of months, we were able to invite new faces to join the club and a brand new family formed. The people that joined around this time are now the ones in the higher ranks of the club and we were lucky enough to have a few old members returning.
Around Summer 2017, Cupcake Valley closed. Lots of friends, club members and other clubs were stuck on the other UK servers, leaving FR literally trapped in a ghost town. However, in September 2017, there was much joy as the server re-opened and lots of old friends & members come back to us. The club has continued to grow and I am proud to call myself the owner.
However, in late May 2018 I decided that my chapter, over a year and a half, of owning FR was up. I haven't regretted a single second of it and it's been a crazy ride! The game has changed since I started and it's caused me to lose interest in owning and playing, but I will always stay in contact with FR! Oh, but wait... the club is going to be renamed to Moon Explorers. It's an exciting new chapter for the club and the new FR ("FR 2.0") will be owned by Allison Cloudmore. Bye, bye for now lads, Li over & out!

On the 31st May 2018, Frosty Roses was passed over to me, Allison Cloudmore, under the new name Moon Explorers with all it's old members and ideas passed with it. I've loved Frosty Roses ever since I first joined, which was about a year ago, and while I was and still am sad to see it go I'm also so excited to see where this new journey takes us. It's a pleasure to be able to own this new refresh of Frosty Roses and I can't wait to see where it leads me and where this new club takes us all, both old members and the many new ones soon to come. I hope I can make Moon Explorers stand out on it's own within time, but also keep the legacy and family structure that made FR special.
